M/s HV Axles Ltd has state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities for making all major Axle components such as Front Axle Beam, Stub Axle, Front & Rear Wheel Hubs, Differential, Axle Gears (Crown Wheel, Pinion, Bevel Gear & Shaft Gear), Banjo Axle Beam, Swivel Heads, Constant Velocity Shafts etc. In order to be in the forefront of cutting edge technology, HV Axles Ltd has proven skills for manufacturing Axles from component level to assembly & testing.

Our plant has a total of 240 hi-tech machines which include 80 CNC machines making the manufacturing lines flexible enough to address component variety. Competent manpower trained for CNC programming is another asset of the company.

Assembly operations are facilitated by dedicated moving conveyors for Front , Rear , Live front and Tag / Trailer axles.

Apart from its in-house facilities HV Axles has a well developed vendor base. Being a TS 16949 company, HV Axles Ltd encourages and continuously supports its vendor base to upgrade their Quality Management System to TS 16949. To achieve this a 37 point SQI process has been evolved keeping the requirements of TS 16949 in mind through which suppliers are audited to help them complete the TS 16949 certification audit successfully. This is coupled with a Monthly vendor rating system.
